OVERVIEW
In order to meet the needs of todays building owner building MEP systems need to operate efficiently and cost effectively. Building engineering systems must be designed to function as a part of an integrated environment. An environment that includes the envelope, structure, mechanical and electrical systems.

The mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems must integrate seemlessly with the buildings Architectural character. The systems need to blend unobtrusively with their surroundings yet perform in a robust and reliable manner. Our goal is providing total integration of building engineering systems.

Step 1 - Pre-Design
Building systems pre-design services include specific studies to help quantify design criteria and determine project costs and define project goals. The following represents some of the typical services that may be provided based on the specific needs of the client.:

Step 2 - Design
The design portion of the project brings together the inputs derived from the Pre Design phase and develops the concepts and data to a higher level. In this phase of the project all details are developed, systems are coordinated among the engineering disciplines and all are integrated with the Architecture.

The design phase begins with schematic development and proceed through an iterative design process culminated with the production of final documents. All along the way client and architect design reviews are conducted to insure satisfaction:

Step 3 - Construction
The construction phase of the project requires close monitoring by all engineering disciplines to insure that all materials, equipment and methods conform to the design drawings and specifications. This phase of the project is crucial to insure that all the design objectives are met and that the construction is performed properly. Typical services provided in the Construction phase are:

2. Shop Drawing Review

4. AS-Built Review

Step 4 - Post-Construction
This phase of the project completes the process and provides the services to insure the facility can be operated and maintained to meet its functional design. Services performed are:

Arris bidding major Fire Alarm project for the West Chester University in West Chester, Pa. The project includes the replacement of the entire head end system, inter-communication system and twenty seven building systems throughout the campus. In addition, thirty five existing building fire alarm systems will tied into and report all addressable information to the new head end system.
