NEPA Senior Housing Complex
Arris Engineering performed electrical engineering design services at several high-rise housing sites throughout Northeast Pennsylvania as part of a general improvements project. The four and six-story high-rises located in Danville, Hanover Twp., Dickson City, Clarks Summit and Scranton required electrical renovations generally consisting of life-safety improvements for smoke detection and fire alarm upgrades including exit signs.
Work challenges included scheduling the performance of the work to provide the least disruption to the residents.
