Luzerne County Courthouse Annex
This project consisted of the mechanical engineering in a design-build effort which included the provision of a Computer Room Air Conditioning system to serve the county's Main Data Center. Project also included the provision of a ductless split system for the telephone equipment closet. Controls were modified to allow the existing building HVAC system to operate as a back-up/redundant system to serve both spaces in the event of a main unit failure.
