Arris Engineering provided complete Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Protection design for this $35,000,000 Independent and Assisted Living Facility. Project is currently under construction in New Castle County, Delaware with scheduled completion in 2014. Building is a four story 230,000 sf facility with central services including dining and central kitchen. Mechanical design includes a Variable Refrigerant Flow Heat Pump System having a cooling capacity of approximately 350 tons and a 5,000 MBH heating capacity. Three Energy Recovery Units supply all of the required outdoor ventilation for the facility.
