Crozer Taylor Hospital
This project consisted of renovations to the existing 2nd floor laboratory area, which encompassed 4,366 square feet of the current 6,348 square foot 2nd floor. The M/E/P project consisted of replacement/renovations to the mechanical and electrical infrastructure that serve this area which was constructed in 1990, in order to support consolidating lab services to this location. The new mechanical and electrical design included new laboratory HVAC and exhaust systems with HEPA filtration, laboratory gases, acid waste lines, sanitary and vent, power and lighting systems. The project emphasized life safety, energy efficiency, occupant comfort, reliability, functionality, and satisfaction of the Hospital’s needs and goals, and meeting all codes and standards applicable to all M/E/P system designs.
